Dokumentation - Nordic applicants

The necessary documentation must be submitted in the form of original documents (which will be returned by registered mail) or of certified true copies.

Certified true copies are copies which have been endorsed on each copy to confirm their authenticity. Embassies, police, Notary Publics and the authority, which has issued the document, can carry out the endorsement.

Copies certified by private individuals are not acceptable. The National Board of Health may in some cases require original documents.

If you submit original documents you must also submit a copy of each document. If you submit certified copies and wish to have these returned to you, you must state this by checking the box below the application form. If so, you must submit an identical set of confirmed copies i.e. you must provide a copy of the certified documents.

All copies must be in A4 format and without paper clips, folders, binders etc.
